Nevelle Thompson (left), a senior case manager for the Maryland Re-Entry Partnership, poses with one of the proud graduates of the Catholic Charities program.

REP provides intensive community-based case management for one year, which connects ex-offenders with the necessary support services for a positive transition to their communities. REP provides pre- and post-release programming, housing assistance, substance abuse treatment, mental health counseling, vocational/occupational training, educational services, to successfully re-enter the community, reduce recidivism and enhance public safety.
