Join us for the excitement!

On Saturday, September 11, 8 am - 6 pm, the Catholic Charities Dragon Boat Races are returning to Baltimore's Inner Harbor, bringing together over 30 area organizations for a day of exciting races, teambuilding and support for the work of Catholic Charities 80 human service programs. Teams practice throughout the summer as they prepare to compete for the coveted Dragon Cup. This fundraiser packs a boatload of fun that stimulates the senses. The sounds of spirited team chants, impromptu cheers and encouraging shouts from fans keep the rivalry high. Food and music keep the festive atmosphere going all day. Come join the more than 10,000 spectators to see who will win bragging rights for this year.

The Paddler Challenge

The Dragon Boat teams, their Catholic Charities partner programs, and their supporters also participate in the Paddler Challege, a fundraising contest. Donations made in the Paddler Challenge go directly to support the teams' partner programs.
