Special Recruitment
and Retention BONUS
for Referral of a New Family

ELIGIBILITY

CFS foster parents become eligible for the special Recruitment and Retention BONUS if the referred family has registered and completed Pre-Service training.

BONUSES

1. Upon completion of certification of the new family, the referring parent will receive a $250 bonus check, which will be mailed.
   
   Upon the new family’s one year anniversary with CFS, the referring parent will receive an additional $250 bonus. The new family must be compliant with re-certification requirements and in good standing with the agency. A separate bonus check will be mailed to the referring parent.
   
2. Bonuses are awarded on a first certified basis. The referring parent of the first families certified will receive bonuses.
