Welcome to
Anna's House

Thanks to Anna’s House, Donna and her son Andrew are looking at a brighter future. Donna got treatment for her drug addiction, enrolled in a community college drug treatment counseling program and landed a job as a drug rehab counselor.

At Anna’s House, we offer transitional and permanent housing for homeless women and their children in Harford County.  We provide these families with a safe environment in which to live. We also provide counseling, career and life skills training, and employment assistance. We help the women of Anna’s House to achieve independence.

Anna’s House plays an important role in the Harford County community, and, in turn, the community is an active participant in improving the lives of the women and children of Anna’s House.  The Harford County Department of Social Services, Wage Connection, Harford County Community College, and Harford County Health Department and Core Services all play a vital role in assisting the formerly homeless residents of Anna’s House become independent and self-sufficient families.

“Because of Anna’s House, my son and I are safe and happy, and our future is bright.”
Donna, former client
